Educational Curriculum Coordinator – Millwood

We are seeking an Educational Coordinator for our Millwood Educational Program. The Educational Coordinator is responsible for managing all educational and behavioral programs for all students in assigned classrooms, in addition to managing all training and supervision of staff in those classrooms. The Educational Coordinator will provide oversight regarding educational programs of all students in their assigned classrooms. This will include: writing skill acquisition programs; completing book checks; attending clinics; monitoring student skill acquisition in community programs (i.e. inclusion, daily living, pre-vocational); communicating with and attending CSEs. The Educational Coordinator will provide oversight regarding behavioral programs of all students in their assigned classrooms. This will include: collecting data for functional behavioral assessments; training staff how to collect data; monitoring the progress of behavior support plans and suggesting changes as needed; creating drafts of behavior support plans. The Educational Coordinator is a member of the Administrative Team and will attend meetings as required. The program utilizes Applied Behavioral Analysis in addressing autism spectrum disorders.
